Yeah, the idea behind this creation has changed a lot over some time.
The story was going to be different, but basically, it's a robot searching for something in a part of the 'old town' as you can see the futuristic city in the distance differs from the not so futuristic city the robot is in.
I don't know whether to think this is good or not, because in some areas, it's cool, but in others it looks pretty shoddy.
Anyway, down to the facts. I made the 3D mech using Sketchup I made the Office (Desk, Cabinet Pillars, and the room) in Sketchup.
I made the 3D city in 3ds Max using the Building Generator Plus script, and I textured and rendered everything in 3ds Max, with the V-ray renderer.
The tesla and eye effect were done with After Effects, using Optical Flares and the Obsolete Lighting effect.
Everything else was made, or edited in Photoshop.
Credits to the guy that made the Speed Painting brush set.
The rest is Photoshop, After Effects, and 3ds Max.

I like to read my filenames out loud. ".rar! .rar!"
(And if you play with java, you can start naming star wars characters.
".jar .jar .bin's")
